Fair use

You may use the tools for personal, educational, and commercial purposes. Don’t use them to harass others, generate harmful or illegal content, or scrape the site at a scale that disrupts service for other users.

Accuracy

Token counts are estimates. Different AI providers tokenize text differently. For billing-grade counts, use each provider’s official tokenizer.

Liability

We are not liable for any losses or damages that result from using the tools. If the site is down, we’ll fix it; we won’t reimburse.
